AbilisPhone is a telephony application which converts the smartphone into a headset linked to the corporate's switchboard implemented in Abilis, an all-in-one device that provides advanced CTI and IP technology.
The application requires an Abilis device to work properly.
It may automatically choose the most convenient way to call:
- VoIP (under WiFi or data network coverage)
- GSM postselection
- GSM Call-Back
The VoIP service is not used in case of bad link quality or too long delay in
the connection with Abilis.
The AbilisPhone can call and be called as a normal extension of the firm's
PBX, moreover it can record the ongoing call (if in the path of the abilis)
and send the recording to one's mailbox.
